Invest in yourself (part 2)

With regard to health, you must know that running in the park, pilates, yoga, dancing, walking are the cheapest ways to keep your body and mind in a harmonious form. Even if you do not go to a gym, it does not mean that the movement does not exist outside of a dedicated place. Keeping or permanently improving your body’s flexibility will also teach you how to be flexible in life when the situation demands it. Eat less and base your meals more on vegetables and fruits, limit the consumption of meat and derived products, as many as you can. Get used not to have late meals and do not blame if there are exceptions to the rule. What can be more beautiful than a harmonious body that exudes force and health.
Choose to be happy! Be angry, a second, if necessary, but then you need to see the full side of the glass. Do not forget that almost without exception, it exists. Do not let your mind engage in unpleasant situations from which you can come out with little will and concentration. How hard or easy it is to change your state, or how long or how long it will take, only you can decide.
Organize yourself and discipline yourself. You start by making lists of desires and priorities. Exercise your will because nothing is done without work and effort. Develop your ability to be subjective and offer you only what you know you are capable of accomplishing.
Tell a person you respect your plans so that you share the achievements you have achieved from time to time. It is advisable to “involve” in this transition process a second person who will have the role of encouraging you when you reach a limit and unconditionally support you.
When you invest in yourself, the Univese opens and the opportunities will appear when you expect less. You will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with your best version, and that you may like the most.
